The P.K. Amoabeng Leadership Foundation has officially opened applications for the second cohort of its prestigious P.K. Amoabeng Leadership Program, Class of 2025.

This one-year program is designed to transform the mindset of young African leaders, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to lead the continent toward a prosperous future.

Aimed at passionate and ambitious Ghanaians, the program offers a life-changing experience that goes beyond traditional leadership training. Participants will benefit from mentorship, hands-on learning, and intensive personal development, all tailored to foster innovative, patriotic, and impactful leadership.

One of the highlights of the program is the opportunity for scholars to be paired with top CEOs from Ghana, the UK, or the US. These mentorships offer personalized guidance and growth opportunities tailored to each participant’s leadership journey. Additionally, participants will gain hands-on experience through flexible, tailored job shadowing in their respective fields of interest, learning directly from industry leaders.

The program will also offer participants the chance to build a strong network of influential leaders and fellow scholars, fostering collaboration and professional growth that will endure long after the program ends.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

Be of Ghanaian nationality and between 18 to 40 years old.
Demonstrate leadership potential, a commitment to service, and a strong business mindset.
Be able to read and write (a university degree is not required).
Application Process

Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting the following documents to Talk2selectboard@pkaleadershipfoundation.org  by 20th September 2024:

A personal statement detailing why they want to become a P.K. Amoabeng Scholar, including an experience of leadership success or failure.
Two letters of recommendation.
A detailed curriculum vitae.
A clear outline of their mentoring needs for personal and business growth.

Applications open on 27th August 2024 and will close on 20th September 2024.
