The people of the Some traditional area organized the 2024 edition of the Someturuza Festival last Saturday, 28th September.
The event was attended by a high-powered delegation from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Prof. Joshua Alabi, representing His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, took the opportunity to highlight key aspects of the NDC’s 2024 manifesto.
He spoke about initiatives such as educational support for all first-year students entering tertiary universities, the apprenticeship program, and the Women’s Bank, among others.
Other notable members of the delegation included the Member of Parliament for Ketu South, Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Abraham Kotey, President of the Ghana Boxing Authority, and some constituency executives.
