Slamm Foundation Launches App Targeting One Million Africans In ICT

Slamm Foundation has launched its Web portal in Accra to train one million Africans in the area of Information Technology.
The APP  which is known as the Nimdee (Knowledge) App is to educate the masses in both foreign and local selected languages for easy accessible for Ghanaians.
Speaking at the launch, the Chief Executive Officer of Slamm Foundation Francisca Boateng stated that the aim of the foundation is to make  digital literacy easy accessible to the young and the aged across the country.
Francisca Boateng mentioned that the Nimdee App will help build the capacity of Ghanaians in the educational sector with regards to ICT.
The Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Madam Sheila Naa Boamah said the ministry is in support of anyone or group impacting areas that matter to yield results.
According to her,  the educational landscape is very huge and there is the need for each and everyone to come on board and support the project for the betterment of the country.
She congratulated Slamm Foundation for such a great innovation with regards to the Nimdee App in various Ghanaian languages and for making it affordable for both upper and lower people to enjoy.
