Stay Away From Drugs—Daasebre Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe III, advises youth
The Chief of Akyem Etwereso, Daasebre Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe III, has advised the youth to avoid drugs and rather work hard in order to achieve their goals.
The Chief who gave this advice in an interview with Ghananews247.com during the celebration of Akwasidae in his palace at Akyem Otwereso further entreated all and sundry to endeavour the challenges the country is facing since it is a global phenomenon.
Stressing that, the youth should not be enticed by the current situation, to engage in dubious acts but rather focus on their businesses and be content with what they have.

In another development, Daasebre Ayebiahwe urged the general public to refrain from galamsey in order to protect the environment and water bodies.
He also called on all and sundry to collaborate with government agencies to help intensify the fight against illegal mining that is destroying all the rivers in the country.
Daasebre Ofosu Kwabi Ayebiahwe III also seized the opportunity to set up a committee to help promote the development of Akyem Etwereso.
