GLODIF documentary uncovers land rights issues in Ghana, calls for immediate action

The Global Dignity Forum (GLODIF) has brought the pressing issue of land rights disputes in Ghana to the forefront with a powerful new documentary.

The video, now available on YouTube, sheds light on the struggles faced by communities in the Greater Accra Region, including Ayi Mensah, Abokobi Boi and West Hills.

Through heartfelt interviews, residents shared their experiences, frustrations, and calls for justice, exposing the deep impact of land rights violations on their lives.

The documentary amplifies the voices of affected community members, providing a platform for their stories to be heard and urging authorities to take immediate action.

Prominent advocates, including Dr. Joseph Kobla Wemakor, Executive Director of Human Rights Reporters Ghana (HRRG), Genevieve Partington, Country Director of Amnesty International Ghana, and Mr. Frank Doyi, Founding Chair of GLODIF, have joined the call for urgent reforms to address these injustices.

This initiative underscores the need for transparency, accountability, and swift intervention to resolve land rights disputes and protect vulnerable communities.
