Ghana Set for Unprecedented Gold Discovery and Production, Prophet Predicts

Prophet Sylvia Ametorwobla foresees Ghana rising to become the third-largest gold producer globally, predicting unprecedented discoveries and production in 2026–2027.

Lady Prophet Sylvia Ametorwobla, Founder and Leader of Hope Hills Chapel, has prophesied that Ghana is set to experience an unprecedented increase in gold discovery and production in 2026, describing it as a historic milestone in the nation’s mining sector.

According to Prophet Ametorwobla, in a vision she received before the end of 2025, Ghana could move from being the sixth-largest producer of gold globally to the third-largest by 2026–2027.

She emphasized that such growth in gold production has never been witnessed in the history of the nation, calling it a “divine increase” that will impact both the economy and local communities.

Drawing from Genesis 2:11-12, which references the river Pison flowing through the land of Havilah “where there is gold, and the gold of that land is good,” Prophet Ametorwobla explained that Pison symbolizes increase and abundance. She said the scripture is a prophetic sign pointing to significant gold discoveries in Ghana this year.

In her message, Prophet Ametorwobla also urged holders of dry concessions across the country to prepare for the anticipated surge in gold production, declaring: “Let Pison flow through you now, in Jesus’ name.”

She described the prophecy as not only a spiritual message but also a call to stakeholders in the mining sector to be ready for the opportunities this increase will bring.

She expressed hope that this increase will not only benefit investors and concession holders but also create broader opportunities for national development and prosperity.

The prophetic word has generated attention among local communities, mining experts, and economic commentators, as Ghana’s gold sector is a major contributor to national revenue and employment.

Prophet Ametorwobla’s declaration highlights a spiritual perspective on Ghana’s mineral wealth, blending faith and economic optimism.
