The Founder and Leader of Hope Hills Chapel, Sylvia Ametorwobla, has called for intensified national prayers, warning of a possible aviation disaster if urgent spiritual intervention is not undertaken.
In a message circulating online, she urged Christians and the general public to “rise in prayer” to prevent what she described as an impending tragedy.
According to her, the warning is based on a spiritual revelation suggesting danger within the aviation sector, stressing that collective prayer could “intercept” the situation before it materialises.
The message has since sparked mixed reactions on social media. While some followers have expressed concern and joined the call for prayers, others have questioned the basis and timing of such prophetic declarations.
Authorities within the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority have not issued any official response to the claims, and there is currently no indication of any imminent threat to air travel.
Ghana’s aviation industry continues to maintain a strong safety record, with regulators consistently highlighting compliance with international safety standards.
