Afro-Arab Properties has launched affordable container homes for individuals and families interested in owning a home at a lower cost.
The company is offering 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom container homes, with prices starting from GH₵75,000.
Prospective homeowners can choose from different payment options. Customers who are able to pay in full can take ownership of their homes after completing payment.
Those who make a 50 per cent down payment can pay the remaining balance over 24 months without interest.
There is also an option for customers to make payments gradually until they reach the 50 per cent down payment. Once the required amount has been reached, the house will be delivered, while the remaining balance can be paid over 24 months without interest.
The company also says some customers may qualify for an EV car package with their home purchase.
Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, President and Founder of Afro-Arab Properties, noted that the initiative forms part of efforts to make homeownership more accessible to people through flexible payment arrangements.
Afro-Arab Properties is undertaking the initiative under the message: “Everyone Can Buy a House.”
