Apostle Francis Amoako Attah, General Overseer of Parliament Chapel International (PCI), has announced the annual “A Year By This Time” prophetic and breakthrough programme, inviting Christians and the wider public to participate in what he describes as a season of divine intervention and supernatural turnaround.
The programme, which has become a major annual spiritual gathering organised by PCI, is centred on prophetic declarations, prayer, teaching and faith-based interventions aimed at helping participants believe for breakthroughs and significant changes in their lives.
Apostle Amoako Attah, popularly known as the Global Seer, said the programme was inspired by the biblical account in Genesis 18, where God gave Abraham a specific promise concerning the birth of a child.
According to him, the passage demonstrates the significance of an “appointed time” in the fulfilment of God’s promises.
Referring to Genesis 18, he said God told Abraham that He would return “according to the appointed time of life” and that Sarah would have a son.
He explained that the biblical account was an indication that certain events in a person’s life could have an appointed time for manifestation, regardless of existing circumstances or limitations.
“A Year By This Time” therefore draws on the theme of divine timing, with the programme encouraging participants to trust God for breakthroughs that may appear impossible under normal circumstances.
Apostle Amoako Attah said the programme had previously impacted the lives of participants and was intended to provide an opportunity for people to seek God through prayer, prophetic declarations and spiritual teachings.
He urged the public not to miss the programme, stressing that it was designed around the belief that God could intervene in situations that appeared to be governed by long-standing limitations.
He further declared that established protocols and limitations within families and individual circumstances could be overturned through divine intervention.
“You can’t miss it. God will bless you, God will keep you,” he said, while encouraging participants to approach the programme with faith and expectation.
The programme is hosted by Parliament Chapel International and led by Apostle Francis Amoako Attah alongside Rev. Mrs Mavis Amoako Attah.
It features intensive prayer sessions, prophetic ministrations, teachings and targeted prayer interventions focused on what organisers describe as breakthrough and defining moments.
The annual gathering also seeks to provide participants with an opportunity to reflect on the past year while looking ahead with renewed faith and expectations for the year to come.
Apostle Amoako Attah’s message for this year’s programme centres on the belief that divine timing can bring about changes beyond conventional expectations.
He urged prospective participants to attend with an open heart and faith in God’s ability to intervene in their circumstances.
The “A Year By This Time” programme has consequently been positioned by PCI as a major spiritual convergence for people seeking prayer, prophetic direction and renewed hope as they approach another year.
