G&T Prestige Ltd. will officially launch Sankofa Job on Friday, October 30, 2026, in a move aimed at improving access to employment opportunities for job seekers across Ghana.
The digital platform is designed to connect job seekers directly with employers and businesses, providing an avenue for people to discover vacancies, create professional profiles and apply for available positions without paying any fees.
According to G&T Prestige Ltd., the initiative is intended to address the gap between people seeking jobs and organisations looking for qualified workers. Employers will be encouraged to advertise genuine vacancies, provide fair compensation and recruit suitable Ghanaian talent.
The company has also called on government institutions, public agencies, private businesses and other stakeholders to support the initiative by making employment opportunities available to graduates, National Service personnel and other job seekers.
As part of its broader employment agenda, G&T Prestige Ltd. is encouraging partners to invest in skills development, mentorship, training and sponsored opportunities that can improve young people’s prospects in the job market.

Anthony Akwasi Gyamfi, PharmD, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of G&T Prestige Ltd., said Sankofa Job was inspired by his personal journey and his desire to use the knowledge and experience he had gained abroad to create opportunities for others.
“Sankofa means go back and get it. I went far, I learned, and now I have come back to bring it home. If a young man with one book bag and no dollar could cross the bridge, so can you. And this time, you will not cross alone,” he said.
G&T Prestige Ltd. was registered in Ghana in October 2025 and has its headquarters in Abuakwa, Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region. Dr. Gyamfi is a pharmacist and pharmacy manager based in Manhattan, New York.
Sankofa Job is one of the company’s flagship projects. Other initiatives in the pipeline include Adwuma Pa Podcast, expected to follow the employment platform, and Ankoaa, which is planned for 2027.

The platform is scheduled to launch on Friday, October 30, 2026, across its digital platforms and social media channels. Access to Sankofa Job will be free for job seekers, who will be able to build their profiles, apply for available positions, and connect with potential employers.
The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by encouraging businesses to advertise genuine vacancies, offer fair compensation, and recruit trusted Ghanaian talent.
