Accra, Ghana—September 2026: TERIA Foundation is collaborating with the Okai Kwei North Municipal Assembly and the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) towards the organisation of LAPAZ STREETFEST 2026, scheduled for 25–26 December 2026 in Lapaz, Accra.
Themed “Rhythm of Unity,” the festival will promote Ghanaian culture, tourism, creative arts, youth participation, and entrepreneurship.
The event is aligned with the Black Star Experience and has been endorsed by the Ghana Tourism Authority and added to the December in GH calendar of activities, contributing to Ghana’s festive-season tourism and entertainment offerings.
Founder of TERIA Foundation, Walter Mawuli Gli, said the festival will create a platform for young people, creatives, businesses, and the wider community to celebrate Ghanaian culture while creating opportunities through tourism and the creative economy.
He added that the collaboration with the Municipal Assembly and Ghana Tourism Authority demonstrates the importance of partnerships in promoting community-based cultural and tourism initiatives.
