Joshua Nii Armah Solomon, a candidate for the position of Okaikwei North Constituency Secretary, has successfully filed his nomination and completed the vetting process ahead of the party’s constituency elections.
Solomon announced on Saturday that he had picked the second position on the ballot, expressing gratitude to supporters and party members who backed his candidacy.
“By the grace of God, today’s vetting was successful, and I am grateful to everyone who remembered me in prayer and supported me,” he said.
He confirmed that he had “officially and successfully filed my nomination to contest for the position of Constituency Secretary for the Okaikwei North Constituency.”
The declaration was made at the party’s constituency office, formally marking the beginning of his campaign.
Solomon has framed his candidacy around what he describes as “a new energy” and “a clear direction” for the constituency’s administrative affairs.
His campaign emphasises “experience to serve” and the need to build “an accessible, organised and responsive secretariat.”
“Capacity to Organise, Vision to Lead,” reads one of his campaign messages, which supporters say reflects his commitment to strengthening the party’s grassroots structures.
