Dr. Asafo explained that the establishment of CIAMC-GH was driven by the recognition that administration should be treated as a specialised profession rather than merely a supporting function within organisations.
He said the founders envisioned an institution that would promote competence, integrity, ethical leadership and professional standards in administration and management consultancy.
Over the years, he noted, members of the Institute had contributed to strengthening operations in ministries, departments and agencies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, private enterprises and civil society organisations.
