2025 Africa Corporate Summit and Awards celebrates excellence in leadership, innovation
Imperial Leo Network’s 2025 Africa Corporate Summit and Awards honours outstanding leaders and institutions transforming Africa, while fostering dialogue on innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth

The 2025 Africa Corporate Summit and Awards have been held, with outstanding leaders and institutions honoured for driving transformative change across the African continent.
Organised by the Imperial Leo Network Limited, the event brought together top corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and industry pioneers to celebrate excellence, foster strategic networking, and discuss key issues shaping Africa’s economic future.
This year’s awards spotlighted visionary leaders whose contributions have redefined industries and inspired progress.
Among the distinguished honourees were Mr Henry Kweku Yankson, CEO of Ankobra West Rural Bank PLC, who was adjudged the Most Outstanding CEO in Rural/Community Banking in Africa, and Mr Atuahene Boateng, CEO of Medimafo Herbal Hospital, who was recognised as the Most Innovative, Outstanding, and Influential Herbal Practitioner in Africa.
Ace Night Club was honoured for its excellence in luxurious nightlife entertainment, and Saint Pablo was honoured as a beacon of culinary excellence.
Mr Samuel Vasmark Voegborlo, CEO of Genau Ghana Ltd, was celebrated as the Most Outstanding and Innovative CEO in Manufacturing Financial Equipment (CCM), while Mr Kofi Amoako Attah, CEO of SIM Group of Companies, was awarded as the Most Outstanding CEO in Diversified Enterprise.
Torgbi Akamu V received the Most Outstanding Leading Serial Entrepreneur in Africa award.
The summit served as a convergence point for thought leadership, featuring high-level discussions on career advancement, talent development, corporate governance, and environmental sustainability.
Dr Paul Boachie- Ansah, Group CEO of Imperial Leo Network, emphasised the importance of recognising excellence as a catalyst for continental progress.
“Your achievements are a testament to the power of creativity, resilience, and perseverance—whether in finance, technology, agriculture, or social enterprise.
“Your work inspires hope and fuels Africa’s momentum toward prosperity. May this summit ignite new collaborations and remind us of our continent’s boundless potential,” he stated.
In line with their corporate social responsibility, Imperial Leo Network announced support for H4P Organisation, an NGO championing the rights of persons with disabilities.
Dr Boachie-Ansah commended Bishop Dr Charles Cofie Hackman for his relentless advocacy in promoting inclusivity and dignity for all.
Dr Johaness M. Makouvia, Chairman of the Pan-African Observatory of Peace and Security Governance Council, highlighted the summit’s role in fostering dialogue on sustainable growth.
“This gathering strengthens the capacity of emerging leaders who are pivotal to Africa’s transformation. By sharing knowledge and forging partnerships, we accelerate development across sectors,” he noted.

The event was graced by prominent figures, including Dr Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, King of the Igbo Community in Ghana; Madam Fidelia Graand-Galon, Surinamese Ambassador to Ghana, South Africa and Kenya.
Expert panel discussions were led by Mr Nanayaw Kwakye-Boadu, Board Chair of the Models Union of Ghana and CEO of EduEnter Group. Mr Daniel Mostshwane, Founder of Afrique Rising Trading, South Africa, and Madam Sandra Ayivor, Head of Accreditation Maintenance, Food and Drugs Authority (FDA).
