TexStyles Ghana Limited (TSG), one of Ghana’s most recognized textile manufacturers and the producer of the iconic GTP and Woodin brands, will enter a new phase of its history under Ghanaian ownership.
Olive Africa Partners Fashions LTD, a wholly owned Ghanaian investment company represented by its co-founding partners, Mr. Kofi Kwakwa and Mr. John Gadzi, has acquired the GTP total shareholding of Vlisco BV in Tex Styles Ghana Ltd together with the Woodin brand thereby making it the principal shareholder of TSG. The transaction includes the transfer of trademarks associated with the Company, notably the GTP and Woodin brands, which have long been part of the country’s textile heritage and fashion identity.
TexStyles Ghana Limited will continue operating in Ghana with its current management structure to ensure continuity of the company’s activities and relationships with employees, distributors, retailers and customers. For the new owner, the acquisition represents both a personal milestone and a strategic investment in Ghana’s textile sector.

TexStyles Ghana Limited has played a central role in Ghana’s textile industry for decades, producing fabrics widely worn across the country and the wider West African region. The company will maintain its operations in Ghana after this strategic acquisition of shares by Olive Africa Partners Fashions and will continue to serve its long-standing patrons and customers through the current distribution network across the West African region.

The transaction will be effective in the coming weeks after fulfilment of all applicable administrative and regulatory requirements.
